Public Opinion Polling – a valuable marketing tool
The best marketing strategies are based upon a true understanding of market conditions and opinions. The use of statistically significant market data can be used to understand and improve relationships with end customers, go-to-market channels or intermediaries, strategic partners or even competitors.
The presentation will cover some of the basics of polling, including the following;
- The importance of impartial, statistically significant market research,
- The various types of polling options available (omnibus through to bespoke, audience- specific polling),
- Point in time data or “market snapshots” – their use in both marketing and promotion,
- The gold standard in marketing – developing trending data to anticipate market moves.
